Less than a year after the release of their self-titled debut, Robot Monster Army returned with their second full-length album 'Monsterpiece'. UK weekly MusicNOW said, "...the RMA come roaring back with more songs about superheroes, giant monsters and the end of the world." Sadly this would be the last full-length LP from the Boston-based hard rockers, who broke up in 1980.

Some songs I have heard, and some I have not. The demo recordings are a little dirtier and crunchier than the polished album recordings, and frankly I love them. They have a “Garage Days Revisited” aesthetic that you just have to know to understand. This might become my favorite recording by this band. . Lute FP
